As with many older buildings, you may notice a mild scent from the original building materials. This is entirely normal and not harmful. If you are sensitive to smells, this unit may not be the best fit, and no refunds may be provided if the smell does not suit you. Setting the air conditioning to a higher setting can help improve airflow and reduce any scent within the unit.

As a designated historic building, the property is over 100 years old. While the unit has been thoughtfully renovated to provide modern comfort, you may notice certain architectural features or areas that show their age.
