The space is newly remodeled and furnished with luxury items.
Guest have access to the Laundry units and entire Kitchen.
We are always available through the Vrbo app. We respond immediately
We have 2 units storage room not accessible to guest unless it is a long term stay for $90 and $60 each one. Guest can park on the street or on the back of the house accessible through the alley. We have an out door security camera door bell for guest security and convenience and a regular security on the backyard/garage.

Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
