The room is OK. The carpet could be clean better. The bathtub was cracking and dirty around the Rim, and the air conditioning, no strength to it, barely works the toilet, barely flushes. Other than that, it was OK would definitely stay here again.

This hotel truly stands out for its consistent quality, friendly service, and fantastic value. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, genuine smile at the front desk. Check-in was effortless, and the staff member was incredibly helpful, offering suggestions for local dining and even providing clear directions. That first impression set the tone for the entire visit. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and modern. The bed was remarkably comfortable—honestly one of the best hotel sleeps I've had! Everything was in perfect working order, from the strong Wi-Fi and large TV to the spotless bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. It was clear that the property is very well-maintained. A major highlight was the complimentary hot breakfast. It went far beyond the basics, with a great variety of hot and cold options, fresh coffee, and friendly staff keeping everything well-stocked. It was the perfect fuel to start our days exploring beautiful downtown McKinney and the surrounding areas. The location is ideal—easy to access from the highway, with several restaurants and convenience stores just minutes away, yet it was quiet and peaceful for a restful night. We had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had many choices. The coffee machine had a variety of flavors, including regular. Our room was a nice size. Very clean and comfortable. We were there 7 nights and enjoyed our stay.
