- Confirm your guest count in your reservation is accurately reflected, as there are additional charges for each guest per night after the first 2-guests.

- Pets require an additional charge of $150 per pet for specialized cleaning.

❌ 🚬 Guest agrees not to smoke on the property (including balconies and patios). If we find evidence of smoking, there will be a fine of $750 to recoup the cost of special cleaning and future cancellations.
❌ 👞 Guest agrees to no shoes to be worn throughout the home and to return all keys, passes, and openers to where they found it in the property. Failure to do so will result in a $95 fine.
❌ 📬 Guest agrees to have no mail sent to the home (UPS, FedEx, Amazon deliveries are permitted) and won't expect us to retrieve or return any lost packages or forgotten items.
❌ 🎉 Guest agrees not to throw a party on the property. If evidence of a large gathering is found, there is a fine of up to $3000 and we reserve the right to terminate your reservation with no refund.

Beautiful condo well decorated and in a perfect location

We were four senior citizens that stayed in this fabulous condo. We loved the tasteful decor and the location was perfect for us to travel around Dallas. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Lower Greenville Spot

The home was a lovely, modern spot. Perfectly situated for getting to other area of Dallas, and a short walk to Lower Greenville. Could people watch from the balcony, or head down to Greenville Avenue to the incredible local spots. Everything you need within walking distance - short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again

Great Unit!

Clean, bright and nicely furnished. This property was a comfortable retreat that supported our week long business travel to Dallas. The nearby lower Greenville neighborhood had numerous restaurants and a nice Trader Joe’s market. Our host was quick to respond to an issue or question.

A Frustrating Stay

We selected this place because of its location, it allowed pets, a 2 car garage plus glowing reviews promising “10 exceptional” stay on the VRBO platform. Yet when we arrived we found the garage full of construction materials and furniture. Inside we found dust and dirt everywhere from a recent construction project. A rancid greasy oven, only 4 coffee cups/mugs (and 1 of those was chipped) for a property that can sleep 6. An overgrown backyard patio with broken string lights. Rugs that were stained and dirty. And the last night we finally discovered why the primary bed was squeaky, a broken support at the foot of the bed. I contacted the host who replied quickly with an apology and promise his handyman would clear the garage. 48 hours later after several reminders to the host I called VRBO because the garage had not been completely cleared preventing us from parking 2 vehicles in the garage. We sent photos to the VRBO rep and they reached the host who had us contact him. I sent him photos to support the issues he promised a credit after the stay which we have received. So, what we learned. Reviews and pictures don’t mean anything. If there is a problem, contact VRBO and the host immediately. Take photos, lots of photos and get everything in writing. We texted with the host and used the VRBO messaging platform to make sure we had a paper trail. Refunds are processed as a credit after the stay ends and take 5 to 7 business days.

Modern and Convenient Stay Near Lower Greenville

Just finished up our stay at this VRBO near Lower Greenville, and it was just what we needed. Being within walking distance of Lower Greenville meant we could easily grab a bite to eat or find some entertainment. The house itself was modern and had plenty of space, making it great for hanging out and chatting with friends or family. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were always people out and about, which was nice. Communication with host was easy and efficient. Overall, if you're looking for a really nic convenient place to stay with good food and entertainment nearby, this is a solid choice.
