Room has broken fixtures and the wash clothes and towels were not replaced as they should have been and had hair and other things trapped in the fibers showing they were not properly cleaned. The shower and shower curtain was dingy and not cleaned well. Overall the maintenance and cleaning was poorly maintained for the room and it was a you get what you pay for situation. Staff wasn’t rude but were not friendly either. We won’t be back.

I love the front desk person. Very nice and helpful. Can’t remember her name but she was awesome The housekeeper didn’t know you have to request before 9. Had one in but didn’t come so the front desk gave me towels and trash bag
