Overall, it was fine but the facility needs some maintenance. Half the ice machines were broken which had me going three floors to get a bucket of ice. One of the elevators was a bit questionable sometimes the doors didn’t wanna open.

I love the rooms! The outside needs to be cleaned. The walkways are filthy and need to be powerwashed. There are cigarette butts everywhere. I have stayed at the hotel 4 times....this is always gross to see when you walk in.

Our room was very outdated and dirty. This hotel needs an update for sure. The carpet was so gross we didnt feel comfortable without taking shoes or socks off. The toilet didnt want to flush because of back pressure. The curtain didnt close all the way so we got light from the lobby coming in. There was like a 3 inch gap on our door so light coming in from the hallway. The door that connects the other room to ours was unlocked and cracked open. 221 definitely needs a makeover. We won't be staying here again.
