I would not recommend this property. Room was stocked with bare essentials, no tissues in sight, bring your own towels. Staff was surly or non existent . Outside security lights were on or off depending on the day. Will never use again.

This hotel is not properly staffed. My sheets and pillows had stains. I told there was no housekeeping at that time so if I wanted new sheets I would have to change them myself. The room had a weird smell and hair was EVERYWHERE on the floors. The a/c in the room would not work so my family and I were hot. This was a very poor experience and I will never stay again.

Disappointed about payment methods, but good stay.

Although the Echo Suites website says that the properties accept cash to pay for the room, the person who answered the phone says that they cannot accept cash. I never give my personal banking or credit card to any hotel or other retail establishment, and neither should anyone else.
