Staff were very kind and helpful. Modern updates mostly. Has a couple needed touch ups to the room but overall great. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. It was spacious and bright. I’d definitely come back.

Excellent hotel and staff. Clean rooms, quiet, comfy, and cozy. Breakfast is included in the fare. Front desk staff was awesome especially Keylan. Housekeeping staff was amazing.

The hotel and staff were EXCELLENT. The front desk clerk named Keylan truly went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was wonderful. I had a horrible experience at the Courtyard Marriott in Midlothian and shared my experience with Keylan. Although it was not his hotel but a sister Marriott hotel Keylan apologized for how I was treated and looked out for me on my stay. My room was clean, comfortable and cozy, quiet, and breakfast was included with my stay and included scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, boiled eggs, sausage patties, Canadian bacon, waffles, assorted cereal & yogurt, an oatmeal station, bread station with english muffins, raisin bread, bagels & cream cheese, blueberry muffins, assorted juices & milk, as well as a coffee & tea station. The housekeeping staff was amazing. Such a wonderful stay here.❤️

The location around the hotel was perfect, my family and I felt safe however some of the rooms definitely need to be redone, items were slowly breaking or of no use to us because they didn’t work.

I Believe We Just Had a Bad Room

The room had an extremely strong perfume odor as if it was covering up a smell. The room felt musky and damp. In fairness, we did not notify the front desk or seek a remedy. We were tired and just went to sleep. We left early the next morning. The breakfast was great. The rest of the property appeared nice.

The AC in our house was out of commission so we decided to get ahead of the heat and book a room. We love the Fairfield!! It’s always exactly what we need when we need a night away.
