Darrel the concierge was amazing, my wife had fallen and broke her ankle on Saturday at an event away from hotel. When we arrived back at hotel Darell was there he got her a wheel chair took us to our room, got ice and an extra pillow to Eli ate her leg. He was also there to help to the Uber and move our luggage at check out. E is your best person! Thank you!

Not my favorite experience. The corner room was a little awkward to get around. The bathroom was tiny! Love the gift shop and the bar was cool. Location was good but doubt I’ll stay here again. The front desk was lovely but valet was pretty disjointed and not as friendly.

Very good overall!

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the Arts District as well as the AT&T discovery center. The property is clean and the staff is friendly. However it needs some updating and some love.

This hotel is clearly very old, and the queen size beds are not only horribly uncomfortable, but the room lacks electrical outlets in convenient locations to plug in electronic devices. This is definitely not the best hotel. We’ve stayed at in Dallas. Also, be prepared, the Starbucks inside of the hotel first floor closes unusually early.

My Fairmont experience fell far short of expectations. The suite I received, supposedly their best, featured outdated rooms with unclean carpets and couches. The tiny bathroom felt more like a two-star hotel than a luxury property. I strongly recommend reading more reviews before booking.
