Black hair on bathroom floor, no door placard for "Do not distrub"- both mornings house keeping was knocking on our door. - light bulb out in lamp, no pen or paper in room, no Bible It's the cheapest Hilton we've ever stayed at. I didn't realize how low quality Hilton Garden Inn has become. Front desk personnel very friendly.

The hot tub was out of service. The pool was open, but it gets a little too chilly in that pool room to enjoy the pool. We tried and got right back out. There were a couple minor updates and fixes that the property could make, but overall the hotel suited our needs and was clean and comfortable.

The room hadn’t been dusted. I could wipe thru and make a line in the dust with my finger. In the bathroom hair was piled in the corners under the vanity. Coffee pods were not replenished. I did go to front desk and let them know.
