Switched rooms twice as the first one the AC was broken. The second room (as with the first) was clearly not maintained. The walls were dirty with liquid stains and the carpet was old and disgusting. The room Felt like an old motel 6 from the 80”s Too many choices to stay at this dump

A clean newer hotel. Our AC unit was leaking into our room and soaked the surrounding carpet. It was raining outside, and this could have been the reason instead. Regardless; I turned the unit off and let it sit for a while to ensure it wasn’t frozen up. (We only had it set at 75, so doubt it) It cooled fine afterward, so the wet carpet may have been from the rain. I wasn’t worried about the water. A free breakfast would have been a nice addition. The restaurant replaces the typical continental breakfast. Keurig Coffee maker is provided in the room. Staff were friendly. If all hotels were like this one, I’d be a happy camper.

I have only thing that happened in our room and that was we didn't have cold water but i was totally fine with it because i didn't have to fight with trying to get the water just right when i washed my face or hands or took a shower and i wanted cold water so i just went down to the lobby and bought some from the lil store they have..i also so love that when the heat is turned on in the room it actually gets warm..i will so stay here again..i love it and the people working here made it so much better to they were so nice and helpful
