I had to go inyo the hospital on a couple of occasions and my room was left in horrific conditions by me, and not only was i welcomed back on a few occassions but i was checked on while i was in the hospital and also when my reservation was up they stored my property for me. My only complaint was alot of my property was missing, it was nothing compaired to the compassion that was shown to me.

Surprisingly spacious and comfortable room, really well equipped, wish I had stayed longer. The area around is not the prettiest but it’s super convenient for transportation, especially when going to events at the American Airlines Center. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Breakfast service did close half an hour earlier than what I’d been told at the front desk at check in so do take that into account.
