Hotel Management needs to cool the hallways better. Hotel was quite warm. The staff (lady) in the breakfast area worked very hard to ensure all food items and coffee were plentiful for the guests

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean. However the AC in the Hotel was way too hot in the hallways, the gym and the room. It took a lot of work to get the AC to an acceptable standard in the room. Also the bed was not very comfortable. It did not meet the standard I'm normally used to at a Hyatt Place. Next time I'm going to choose a different hotel.

We've been in a few hotels for two weeks and this is, by far, the best one. Our room was very clean and we loved how spacious it was. The hosts we got to speak with were very nice and attentive. I would totally come back for a few more nights.

We enjoyed the stay. Room and bathroom were cleaned, floor did hair some hair could have Ben swept better but no big deal. Staff was friendly, professional. Only thing seems like night crew need more help had to stand and wait for someone to come to counter to check us in. U seats d they were checking floors and making sure accommodations were met for others. Overall,we would stay again
