Got there to check in and they said no room and sent us to another motel in a bad part of town. Did not feel safe. Daughter having surgery in Plano and this motel on the registry. Will never come back

The Travelocity description of the property says it has free shuttles to local dining and shopping. We chose this property specifically for that amenity as we would not have a car. The front desk said they have never had a shuttle which left us in a bind with 4 kids and no way to get anywhere.

Likely due to low occupancy, it takes about 15 minutes for the water in the shower to get warm enough to take a shower. Annoying and wasteful.

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that there was a whistling from the window while the wind was blowing.
