Filed a complaint with Wyndham, shuttle took 70 minutes for pickup, late evening not a busy time of day and the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude. Hotel was literally 6 minutes from the airport. Signed up for the morning shuttle, wait 10 minutes past the arranged pick up time, then took a cab. Atrocious service

When I called for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, the person who answered was very rude, told me about 30 mins, I called back after 50 mins and it was another 15 mins before the shuttle arrived. It literally took less than 10 mins to get to the hotel. I signed up for the morning shuttle to return to the airport, waited 10 mins past the time the shuttle was supposed to pick us up and finally took a cab so I and the other two gentlemen waiting wouldn't miss our flights

Breakfast was good, just hoped their variety included yogurts. I did forget my key in the room and the employee at the front desk was very nice and gave me key cards free of charge. Will definitely book again next time I go to Dallas

The room in the hotel itself were fine nothing great but for the price it’s fine. What’s not fine as the fact that I booked on hotels.com so I was charged by hotels.com but then when I got to the hotel, they charged me again and also charged me $85 for an early check-in even though they gave us our keys at 2:15 and we went up to the room and it wasn’t even clean until 245. Only 15 minutes before check-in time. Of course I didn’t notice it right away because we are so busy during our stay, but we’re checking out on Sunday I talked to the staff at the front desk, who was very apologetic, but said there was nothing she could do about it except for passed along to her manager, who wouldn’t be in until 10 AM on Monday. So here I am out over $250 and I have to wait until the manager comes in

The property around the hotel was very dirty with trash around the parking lot. Out room 309 the shower did not work at all.

The shuttle service was deficient. We’re told it would take ~20 minutes after calling to request it (upon arrival at the pick up spot) and it never came. Waited 1 hr, kept calling front desk for assistance (the receptionist was really nice and tried to help, the issue was the shuttle provider) and were told they’d come and pick us up but that never happened

Staff was friendly but the place was not safe. Elevator stayed in one spot and jerked for 15 seconds before opening up for us on the 3rd floor. Transportation they offered had a fuel line issue. Making the interior of the ride smell like fumes the whole time.
