Honestly super disappointed when we first walked into room it looked nothing like what was pictured and it was small had a slight oder it was not that clean stains on carpet bugs in the room and the shower was horrible my shower at home was better the complementary breakfast consist of like 5 items so yeah overall horrible and would never stay again.

Initially we were impressed with the lobby. Once we got to our floor it was musty and humid from then on. Our ac didn’t work and after calling for the first two days they finally decided to move us rooms. Additionally there was hair on a towel and socks left from previous guest. Staff was ok. Not the best not the worst. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.

The pool is unheated. It was ice cold. When addressed the front desk about it, I was told that the pool room should be heated not the pool which it was not. Towels in the room had holes in them and torn. I chose the hotel because of the pool to be able to enjoy some time to relax as I had a very busy schedule.
