I really loved this hotel overall. The only issue I had is I wasn't a fan of how they turn their escalaters off after a certain time and because my friend had lost her key, she ender up having to climb 18 flights of stairs at 5am with a sick child. Staff wasn't accommodating at all. Other than that, everything was spectacular.

My room was not cleaned by housekeeping 2 days in a row. I had to call and request the 1st day at 6pm when I returned to the room. 2nd day, I called to let them know I was leaving for the day and they indicated they would call housekeeping. Upon return at 6pm, uncleaned. Had to call again, they showed at 8pm. 2nd day, the food from day 1 was still sitting the hallway by bathroom. 400/a night!

It wasn't worth the money. After having to pay over $300, we didn't even get a Wifi in our room (you have to pay for Wifi). The carpet looked dirty. The shampoo, conditioner, bodywash in the bathroom smelled and looked like one of those travel size items they sell at Walmart. All hype, no value.

We liked the hotel. We enjoyed the sports bar and had a good view from our room. The room was nice and spacious. However we didn’t factor in noise from the street which was noticeable but not too bad. The biggest drawback was that the bed was quite uncomfortable. My wife and I both had a terrible night's sleep.
