Our bathroom door didnt close all the way. Some kind of wierd water damage on the bathroom door. The door to the room didnt feel quite secure; the latch was very loose. Small gap at the bottom of door also.

There was makeup on the sheets the coffee machine didn’t have coffee and the worker would not make coffee at 7:00 am my key stopped working house keeping came twice before check out and waited outside the room until check out at 11:00am

I would stay in my car if I ever had to choose to stay here again. The room had roaches, the hot tub was "out of order", the elevators didn't work and had just had knee surgery so couldn't get to the room they tried to put us in. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! I wouldn't recommend staying here

Checkin was ok. The pictures on the site are altered and have either the flash on or more lights added to the room. Apparently requesting a Double wide KING bedroom will reserve you two rooms. Why would I want two rooms if I’m the only tenant? Got my room and paid the ridiculous $100 reservation fee. Went in room first thing room smells like damp mildew. Turned on tv and check air conditioner. Tv looked like someone placed a magnet on tv so went back to the front and because I had the other room I wasn’t stuck with the foul smelling room. Just because you throw modern paint on the wall over mildew doesn’t make the hotel better. Missed the breakfast because it stops at 9:30 am. The cost is okay but will not be returning to this location.
