This luxurious Irving retreat sits on an ultra-private oversized lot of more than an acre in the heart of DFW. Enjoy convenient access to Downtown Dallas, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, dining, shopping, and area attractions while still having plenty of privacy and room to relax.

Broadmoor Retreat offers more than 5,500 sq. ft. of living space with five bedrooms, multiple living areas, a game room, and generous indoor and outdoor amenities. It is an excellent fit for family vacations, couples traveling together, sporting-event weekends, longer stays, and travelers looking for a spacious home base in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

**Living Areas:** The great room features beamed ceilings, views of the backyard, a large fireplace, wet bar, 70-inch HDTV, surround sound, and comfortable seating for relaxing, conversation, movies, and games.

**Kitchen & Dining:** The oversized kitchen features JennAir appliances, a six-burner gas range, large refrigerator, beverage drawers, two dishwashers, two sinks, a Keurig, KitchenAid mixer, stocked spice cabinet, and plenty of room for meal preparation. The dining room table seats 8 and overlooks the front garden.

**Bedrooms:** The primary suite includes a king bed, fireplace, sitting area, HDTV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, steam shower, multiple shower heads, and separate vanities. Additional bedrooms include queen beds, HDTVs, ceiling fans, and generous closet space. The game room offers additional sleeping accommodations along with a large entertainment setup for sports, movies, and games.

**Outdoor Oasis:** Enjoy the resort-style pool, heated spa, outdoor kitchen, grill, refrigerator, covered patio, lounge seating, and expansive private yard. Spend the afternoon swimming, enjoy dinner outdoors, relax by the pool, or unwind in the spa after exploring DFW.

Pool heating is available by request for an additional fee and requires advance notice.

This property is a licensed short-term rental located in a residential neighborhood. Maximum overnight occupancy is 9 guests. Parties, weddings, receptions, corporate events, and use of the property as an event or gathering venue are not permitted. So, I picked this beautiful location because they did allow for small gatherings and its closeness to the airport. We flew from Orlando to be present at my daughters graduation (Masters) from UT. We were able to accommodate 25 people with ease for her backyard BarBQue celebration. All I can say is this home was it!!!. Big spacious rooms, a kitchen any chef (or sous chef) would love...and the most relaxing, yet entertaining backyard. The house slept the 5 of us w/ease..and had space to accommodate a few straglers if needed. This home was clean, beautifully maintained, communication with the owner/host was clear.. quick..and the response time was was always immediate. When/if I do come back to visit.. I will surely look to do so around this properties availability. [sidenote: hopefully I won't pick a cold week..so the pool water can be "Florida warm"] :)

We went to Dallas area for a family vacation. The house worked out perfectly for our trip. We liked the location of the house. It doesn’t take too long to get to the places we were interested in, downtown, Arlington, Grapevine, Colony, Frisco. It’s all about 20-30 mins drive. The big fenced backyard is a plus for our trip. Lots outdoor seatings. Communication with the Property Management personnel is super easy. We will definitely book this house if we go back to Dallas!

Great place horrible host

This host was not professional towards the end of our stay. He was condescending, accusing, and arrogant. We left the venue better than when we arrived. The space itself is lovely and great for family! Neighbors are friendly as well. The new host is not the best but if you look past him the stay was lovely.

Girls Weekend

House was very nice and accommodated a group of 11 very well. Upon arrival it took over 2 hrs. for us to clean pool where lawn crew had blown grass into pool. I cleaned pool with a net that was torn and ragged and not very useful. Girls intended to use outdoor grill and counters but neither had been cleaned for some time. Grill unusable from last guests that used. Trash containers were full on patio and on side of house from last guest and had not been removed. House and SPA were supposed to be controlled by iPad on wall in house that had no power when we arrived. After a while iPad did get powered up but found during the stay it was unreliable and host had to be contacted several times to be able to control SPA. Owner has a lot of control remotely how all equipment is operated at home. Doors to outdoor patio did not work efficiently at one point guest gave up on using and had to use main bedroom door to access patio. But door from bedroom lock didn't work so unable to secure room all weekend. One of my guests ran her hand across master bed and was cut by glass from a bulb that had been broken from some repairs in bedroom, but all glass had not been cleaned up. I did speak with owner, and he did try to resolve issues in a timely manner. I would request owners' rules before renting property. Property has potential but needs more attention to the details.

Ideal for family reunion!

The house is enormous and the main rooms are big enough to accommodate a large number of people. But the backyard is an ideal space! We spent 90% of our time outdoors - in the pool, cooking in the large outdoor kitchen, watching TV, playing cards and pickle ball. A huge patio is covered so even when it rained one day we were able to be outside. All of the info in the description was just as we expected. The property manager was readily available and quickly answered a couple questions.

Perfect for team meetings

The large family room made the perfect spot for our work retreat. The jumbo tv worked great for zoom calls and presenting slides. There was plenty of seating and natural night. Everyone enjoyed the covered patio area and the volleyball pool.

This property is amazing for a friends and family getaway! Nick and Leah provided so many amenities that made our vacation a hit amongst all ages! The house is gorgeous, clean and spacious! Location of the property is perfect to get out of the busy city of Fort Worth, but at the same time close enough to still explore all that it has to offer. We recommend staying at this property if you want a perfect getaway with plenty of room for all your friends and family. We will be staying here again, if we are in this area in the future!

Dream Micro Wedding

We rented out the Broadmoor Retreat for our micro wedding and it was even better than we expected! The house was spectacular and the backyard/pool area was the perfect scene for our wedding ceremony! Excellent for big groups!

Absolutely loved this spot! Great location close to downtown and the ballpark area, awesome space and backyard to relax around the amazing pool!

Something for Everyone!!

The house is large enough that we could all be together in one room or spread out for some quiet time. The pool is spectacular and was perfect for everyone in our group ranging in age from 2 to 72!

Best 40th ever

We had a group of 12 staying with some daytime visitors for a pool party for my 40th birthday. The property was fantastic for hosting with a huge outdoor area that was covered and a great grill! There is also an additional living room slightly separate to set up festivities. Such a great bonus that I got to bring my dogs to and they loved the huge backyard to run around in. Tara was super helpful with any question I had and responded immediately. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home perfect for any occasion

The property was amazing exactly as photographed. Tara was great she responded back very quickly whenever I had a question. My daughter enjoyed her graduation party for sure, the house is absolutely GORGEOUS my guests were speechless, anything that you could possible need Tara had it covered the best one so far . I will most definitely book with her again did I mention the house is GORGEOUS lol. Thanks Tara for everything we really enjoyed our stay!!!!!!!
