We did not stayed because one room was infested with bed bugs, we had to cancel because we were a family and needed two rooms, I demanded a refund, if I don't get one I might start using another service.
Check in and didnât even stay because the rooms smelled so bad and we returned the key advising that we didnât want the rooms because of the care and they called us late at night about not checking in and that our room was gonna be given to someone else.
We reserved a room with two beds and was given a one bed room. The room had a torn blanket on the bed , one towel in the bathroom, the outlets were nasty. I went back to the front desk with my email of the reservation order and was given another room with two beds that was much cleaner but there was light coming in around the door.
The guys in the office was extremely nice. They helped me anytime I called or went in. My niece just needed somewhere to sleep at night and it worked out great. The bed was a lil hard but Iâve been in expensive hotels where the bed was hard so I wonât complain.
