They gave me a room that was already booked. I terrified an innocent man by entering a room he had already checked into earlier that day. That type of mistake made me feel unsafe I had booked for two nights but I definitely checked out after the first night. Before I got my new room after the incident, the desk manager didn’t apologize instead they were concerned about the other guy who was in the room first. Poor customer service to the pick
