The Space:

Welcome to our sophisticated Dallas bungalow remodeled in 2025! Step inside to the modern living space which has a desirable open concept perfect for large groups allowing great entertainment and flow between the kitchen, dining, and living room. The living room has a fireplace (non-operational), mounted smart TV, and ample seating. Plenty of room for families and holiday gatherings. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with beautiful quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, fully stocked cookware, dinnerware, serving-ware, coffee bar, cocktail shaker set, and kitchen appliances. Abundant counter space for ideal catering and serving to guests. Find a seat at the breakfast bar or large dining table!

This is a 1-story home. There are 4 total bedrooms and a versatile 2nd living space with sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and a twin size rollaway bed (sleeps 1).



Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) has picturesque views of the back yard with sliding doors out to back patio. A beautiful king-size bed, large dresser, black out curtains, mounted smart TV, full length mirror, and highly rated mattress and sheets await you. Spa-like ensuite bathroom and closet attached.



Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) features a gorgeous king-size canopy bed, highly rated memory foam mattress, dresser, mounted smart TV, and closet.



Bedroom 3 (sleeps 5) features a full over full bunk bed and twin size trundle bed, highly rated memory foam mattresses, mounted TV, and closet.



Bedroom 4 (sleeps 4) features a full over queen bunk bed, highly rated memory foam mattresses, dresser, and mounted TV.



Bathroom 1: Located in hallway off three guest bedrooms with vanity and sink, toilet, and combo shower/tub with rain shower head.



Bathroom 2: Ensuite bathroom off bedroom 1/primary with huge marble shower room, freestanding soaking tub, rain shower head with spray bars, toilet and vanity with double sinks



Bathroom 3: Half bathroom located off 2nd living space with sink vanity and toilet.

The backyard retreat features a large back patio perfect for entertaining, dining table and chairs, large umbrella, solar string lights, fire pit and seating (propane tank included), tufed backyard grass with putting green, and swimming pool.



***Pool DOES NOT have child safety gate around. Children are NOT allowed to be left unattended in backyard. NO swimming alone. Pool is up to 5ft deep. NO DIVING! Pool is NOT heated.



Stay in and cook with an outdoor gas BBQ grill (tankless natural gas stub). Large backyard and bamboo landscaping provides a tranquil atmosphere for relaxing in the big city. Plenty of backyard games including cornhole, pool volleyball, and ladder ball.



All 6 large screen Smart TV’s have Roku, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, etc. You must log in/out of your own accounts. There is NO cable TV stations.

Access code and check-in instructions will be provided 1-day prior to check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The Lyndzee is located in a quiet neighborhood great for taking daily walks or a bike ride. Walk to Cherrywood Park & playground or Starbucks!



Getting Around:

The Lyndzee is centered in the Medial District, close to major hospitals such as Parkland, Scottish Rite, UT Southwestern Medical Center, American Airlines Center, Airports, Market Hall, Uptown, Oaklawn, and Dallas night life.



Other Things to Note:

Friendly pups are welcome but must be approved first and fee paid prior to check-in or home access will be denied (2 pet max). Please reach out if booking with pets.
