Don’t Recommend False advertising!

False advertising as an “airport hotel & shuttle”.. no shuttle hours advertised but…Don’t stay here for late night arrivals because we called for the hotel shuttle to pick us up and was only 10 mins away from airport but it was 11:50p we were told no shuttle after midnight so Lyft cost and no room on shuttle in morning either “full” so another Lyft expense !!!! (I think the desk clerk was the shuttle driver too and was away from the phone!

Flights cancelled in Dallas. We needed two rooms close to the airport. Townplace suites picked us up at the airport and brought us back the next morning. Great place with breakfast!

Property was nice. However, we found out the shuttle was not running after waiting at the airport 45 minutes after we requested to be picked up. Called hotel, front desk said "um we are having technical difficulty, take a cab or uber"
