Overall, the site and the room were great. We needed a room with accessibility features. Everything was good, with one exception;
The bathroom soap dispenser requires 2 hands. Squeeze with one hand and catch with the other. My guest is paralyzed on one side and struggled with the soap at the sink.
For your rooms designed for mobility issues, I recommend all soap /lotion dispensers to be easier to use with only one hand.
Weird staff. No water or milk available at breakfa
The staff wasn’t friendly or attentive at all. They didn’t even mentioned I needed to registered cars. Didn’t communicate much about breakfast hours or taking in food etc. The next morning when they had breakfast they didn’t have water or milk. We had to buy it! And certain electronics weren’t working. Al of these I have mentioned can be fixed right away but they didn’t. I didn’t feel good around the staff in that hotel.
Front desk constantly harassing you for when you’re gonna get there, they have no place asking those kind of questions. Very rude staff to me very aggressive.
I had to wait 20 min to check in because there was no agent at the front. There was also no agent at the front during checkout so i never got an invoice.
The shower in our room leaked when in use and the shower door was coming off the hinges.
The shelf in the bathroom was dusty and didnt look like it had been wiped in weeks.
The middle table between the beds was dirty and hadnt been wiped clean.
The ironing board is the size for a kid as it was too short and no long enough.
We also experienced the fire alarm sounding off twice in error. Once around 11p and the 2nd time was like in the early early am.
Not a pleasant stay at all overall.
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Friendly staff . Lobby area was pleasant & with friendly guest. We will definitely use this property if we are back in the area. Thank you
