The property is very unkept. Broken down cars in parking lot several people out in front of lobby doors smoking and yelling at people. Parking lot full of trash no water in the pool. Felt very unsafe. Did not even check in. We are counting the money as a loss and decided to just drive the 3 hours home instead of subjecting our grandchildren to that environment. The online pictures of the property were great..they need updated because the place is very very unkempt and unsafe feeling.

Stayed on main floor in king room. Have stayed here before. Safe location and walkable to dining options. The bed is comfy, the hotel is quiet. The pool was closed during our visit, which was a bummer. The breakfast spread was good. Will stay here again.

While nothing was wrong and my stay was fine, this property just feels old and tired. The entry and lobby are not inviting - storage rooms and cleaning areas were visible and the space was cramped and unappealing. The couch in my room was obviously slip covered and stained in spots. Everything was clean and I didn’t feel unsafe - but the hotel is in an area of town that lacked any appeal and was not very convenient.

NEVER AGAIN 2/10 IS A GENEROUS RATING

I've stayed here in years past and it was pretty good for a budget hotel. Check in fine. Get to the room, the door was so damaged I felt like I needed to put a chair in front of the door as an intruder alarm, the bar lock didn't move at all to secure the room. The humidity level of the room was so high I felt damp at all times. The television was damaged and had flashing lines through the picture and the sound would randomly adjust itself. Moving on to the shower and sink that dripped nearly constantly, this one I called the desk about about was told no tips for stopping it and no one will come to help. The dripping was the entire time we were in the room and louder than the TV even with the bathroom door closed. Then there were the bugs. Which best Google guess was that they are springtails that thrive in wet conditions and may feed in mold and wet fungus. Only made better by the air conditioner unit that was inconsistent with temperature and could not help the dampness in the room and may be damaged since the fan setting for constant was not constant. For a good portion of the overnight it sounded there were zippers or metal in the clothes drier outside our room. The laundry room has a door but it was still very loud. In the morning I went to use the ice machine which sticks and I didn't want to break it, I asked the employee and he was very rude and that's the ice machine they have. At check out he offered no receipt even though the hotel was paid directly. Very rude.

Stairwell dirty. Did not eat the free breakfast as it did not look appetizing. Ice machine broke on 2nd floor. Pool shut down by health department & employee told me it has not been open all summer.

The inn was convenient location for us to visit out family for a few days. The first day we arrived there were food crumbs at the top of the stairs and a dead curled up worm type thing in the bathroom closest to the lobby, 4 days later, still there the day we left

Good value

Good value. Hotel was mostly well maintained and comfortable. The beds were comfy, but all the pillows were very lumpy. The pool had been shut down by the health department- that was disappointing because we were there during a heatwave.
