Davis Downtown Victorian Duplex

This 1880s Folk Victorian house was duplexed in the1920s and is now fully renovated, with a mix of Davis funkiness, antiques and mountain house charm. The unit for rent is one duplex side of the building and has its own front door, facing Fairfax Avenue. On the main floor it has a half bath, living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms connected by a shared ("Jack and Jill") bathroom. Parking is directly in front of the house on Fairfax Avenue.

This rental house is beautifully decorated, kitchen is updated and stocked with spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, and plenty of cookware. Clean, comfortable, in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance of downtown. Easy drive to many hiking trail heads. Host responds quickly & clearly to questions. Highly recommended.
