House was great! The only complaint was with the hallway bathroom it had a lot of hair in the towels and in the shower that seemed to have been left behind. Other than that it was a great stay. The lockbox for the key could use to be updated it was not cooperating and took a while to get it opened and closed. Overall a great place to stay I would book again.

Kim is an amazing host! We have stayed here before and enjoyed coming back again! House is perfect for our needs when we are in the area. House is clean. More than enough amenities. Location is great ! Get to Flagler Beach in 10/15 minutes. Close to 95. Shopping and many restaurants near by.Kim is efficient in communicating when needed. The check in instructions were very simple and easy to follow. The house itself was very clean and organized with a full stock of anything we could have needed for the stay. The house is in what appears to be a very nice neighborhood that was quiet and friendly. The host, Kim, was extremely responsive and even notified us that the power was out temporarily (due to a thunderstorm) before we even realized it ourselves.Overall we were looking for a simple place to eat, sleep, and hangout and this house provided all of that with ease!
