It took over an hour of waiting in line to check in. This is the second time this has happened to us in the last few months. More people are needed at check-in time to solve this problem. Totally ridiculous when this wasted time is part of your stay that we are paying for.

Great staff! Sajid (might be wrong spelling) checked us in pleasantly with no issues & Tom was fantastic. Tom is a hard worker & has the sweetest personality & is an asset to any company. Room was wonderful. I was very happy with the stay and will stay there again.

Toilet don't work It smelled awful there Had to go lobby to use the bathroom. Refrigerator didn't work, had to run floor to floor to get ice to keep the food from spoiling. Management said they'd fix it or move me to another room. None of these requests were met. Horrible end to my vacation. Thank you but I'll never be back

ROACH MOTEL!! Stay away! Paid for 3 rooms and 2 of them had roaches, tried changing a room and still had roaches. Please stay away, I warned you. I asked for a partial refund so I could just get out of there but they wouldn't. And to pay for parking, ridiculous when other hotels on the same strip don't. The rooms look runned down and the pool area was shabby, did not use it. The Ocean view is an angle but your nevertheless see it.

The property advertised free parking for RVs and a heated pool. The two reasons I put my family there while I shopped for a house. The pool was ice cold and they made me pay daily parking fees. Eat the so-called restaurant the first day and they charged me three dollars for a refill on my Diet Coke. Never again do we eat there in eight days and they were closed most times anyway elevator was out of service for eight days that I was there only had one and constantly had to wait. There are so many choices. Why stay here?
