The room was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I understand their is a restaurant on site but it would be nice to have a little something for breakfast by the coffee station. The sports bar we were not really impressed with. The food was very salty, and the burgers were dey.

The room and staff were great. The people staying above us and next door had little regard for the amount of noise they were making which made things uncomfortable. The dining room food was really good but the time from ordering to being served was consistently much much slower than acceptable.

The whole reason we booked here was because of the kid's pool. The kid's pool was "out of service". The front desk lady "had no idea how long it had been down and no idea when it would be fixed." We were offered no discount.
