The buffet food was absolutely outstanding, totally worth including as an add on to the room rate. There were a few issues with the room …there was no hot water at 7pm but they sent someone to look at it immediately and they managed to change it a little and everything was good by the morning. We needed a new bath mat, they supplied that immediately too. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut properly …should have reported that too! The pool area & spa was good, staff overall were helpful. The main negative was the price of lunch and tea at the bar.
