A professional chef's kitchen overlooks the pool, and is stocked with all the necessary tools to create a fabulous meal! Dine in or by the pool Al Fresco as we’ve stocked the kitchen with both indoor and outdoor dinnerware! Completely remodeled and tastefully designed, this 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home is professionally furnished for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, it is our goal to exceed your expectations. It's our hope that you will unwind, relax and truly enjoy your stay at our luxurious villa in beautiful Delray Beach. Embracing my extensive background in hotel management and interior design, our villa is furnished with luxury and comfort in mind. We have created a "boutique hotel feel" offering much more space, privacy and amenities than a traditional hotel room.

NOTE: Should you be traveling with a larger party and need additional accommodations, we have a brand new luxury 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath villa that sleeps (4) on the same property (listing HA 7311766). Should you decide to rent both villas, pool access can be opened up to everyone.

Complimentary WiFi is included with your stay along with premium Cable television. There is a large 60" flat screen smart TV in the Living Room and smart TV's in the
bedrooms.

The gourmet chef's kitchen overlooks the pool and features high end appliances including a Wolf 6 burner gas range, Bosch dishwasher and Subzero refrigerator with an ice maker, beautiful marble countertops, an eating island w/ a separate prep sink, and a Nespresso machine for your morning brew!

The master suite is furnished with a lovely Charles Rogers Wrought Iron king size bed, premium pillow top mattress, luxurious down comforter and pillows, and ultra soft sheets. (We also provide down alternative pillows and comforters if that's your preference). There is a smart TV in the primary suite, and a large walk in closet offering you plenty of storage.

The ensuite primary bathroom has beautiful herringbone Calcutta marble floors, fluffy cotton towels, a large walk in rain shower, and a lovely soaking tub for your relaxation after a day at the beach!

For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room with an Electrolux front load washer and dryer!

The lovely pool patio beckons you to enjoy morning coffee outdoors and dinner Al Fresco! Featuring silver travertine, lush landscaping, fruit trees, two comfortable lounge chairs with extra thick cushions for relaxing by the pool, an outdoor sofa and chair, two large patio umbrellas, and a cafe table (seats 4). There is also a BBQ conveniently hooked up to a permanent gas line (no changing propane tanks) for your outdoor grilling pleasure! Additionally, the pool can be heated during your stay for $200 per week (minimum of 1 week).

All of our properties are equipped with a smart lock making check in quick and easy. We’ll program your custom entry code prior to arrival.

We are CLEAN fanatics and we adhere to the CDC guidelines and deep clean the entire property between every guest. Also, to keep the property looking it's best, please note that bi-weekly cleaning service is required for guests staying longer than two weeks (please inquire).

DETAILS ABOUT DELRAY AND OUR LOCATION:

Delray Beach was rated the number one beach in Florida in Viewers Choice as well as the “Most Fun Small Town in America”, according to Rand McNally. Additionally, Atlantic Avenue was recently listed as one of America's top shopping streets by USA Today.

Having a car while you're in Delray is definitely nice, and there's onsite parking with a level 2 EV charger available for two cars, however, it is not a necessity. Our property is just 8 blocks to the Beach and Atlantic Avenue, and 4 blocks to Pineapple Grove. It is certainly walkable or bikeable but if you'd prefer to get a ride, consider trying out Delray Freebie for a "tip only" ride around town, operating daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. Bikes can also be rented for about $30 per week at Need a Bike Florida. The price includes helmets, locks and free delivery and pick up from our villa. Keep in mind that it's a good idea to rent bikes before your arrival since this company requires at least 24 hours notice.

Delray Beach is just 20 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport and 30 Minutes to Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Centrally located between Miami and Palm Beach you'll have easy access to both cities. In addition, Delray is just 20 minutes to Boca Raton, 30 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale and 20 minutes to West Palm Beach.

In addition to it's convenient central location, Delray Beach is a lovely "Village by the Sea" offering a large variety of shopping, and top notch restaurants with extensive menus. The public beach boasts beautiful soft white sand, and is nicer than many private beaches. For an truly enjoyable day of relaxation at the beach, Delray offers deluxe beach cabanas for rent daily or by the hour.

We are just steps away from two authentic French Bakeries where you can enjoy authentic croissants, sandwiches, cookies, delicious coffee and many other tasty treats.

Pineapple Grove, just (4) block away has a fitness center, Pilates, yoga, beauty salons and spas, in addition to shops, cafe's and fabulous restaurants.

The Delray Tennis Center is also just a short distance away and has some of the top instructors in Florida. Additionally they host tournaments such as the Delray Beach Classic and the Chris Evert Raymond James Pro-Celebrity Classic .

Should you wish to do some reading while you're here, the new Delray Beach Library has a friendly staff and a large offering of books/videos etc. They periodically host guest speakers who explore topics ranging from current to historical events.
