This bright and beachy home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and central air conditioning throughout. First floor features open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, beautiful countertops and backsplash and seating for those who want to give the chef company. Modern and comfortable dining room and living room, complete with large TV, perfect for those non-beach days! Rounding out the first floor, is the primary bedroom with queen-sized bed, and bathroom (no tub) with laundry. The second level includes the 2 twin bedroom, a full size bathroom, and king suite. For those who are still working remotely, this king suite offers a beautiful spot to put your laptop and look out the window. Backyard patio off the dining room is a great feature! Relaxing seating around the table, patio umbrella and gas grill. Home also has an enclosed outdoor shower.

This home is a great spot for those who like to ride bikes! With a very short walk/ride, you can access the Cape Cod Rail Trail, which covers most towns on Cape Cod. Take the kids on the trail and look for cranberry bogs, ponds, swimming spots and enjoy the scenic spot on the cape! Take a short hike to the nearby cranberry bog off Depot Street or grab some kayaks and go to the nearby pond. Home is also nearby Devil's Purse Brewery, First Crush Winery, bike rentals at Dennis Cycle Center and is a quick drive to many beaches and ponds!

Dennis for 4th of July

Beautiful home! It appears to be brand new. Every room was immaculate, bright and airy. The kitchen was well stocked. My husband and I travelled to the northern Dennis beaches, so I can't speak to the proximity to southern Dennis beaches. We would definitely stay here again!
