Inside, you'll find three well-sized bedrooms—one with a queen bed and two with twin beds—along with a bright, open layout that includes both a cozy living room and a front-to-back family room. A nearby galley kitchen connects the space nicely, and sliding doors from the dining area lead out to a private deck equipped with a charcoal grill and an enclosed outdoor shower—ideal after a day at the beach. The front and back yards are large and grassy, offering plenty of room for lawn games and playtime with the kids.

The location was perfect. It suited us to well and we loved the outdoor shower. It was a warm week and the main room was hot and stuffy, but we were outside a lot of the time

The house is cozy and a great beach theme. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the showers is great. Very close to Glendon Beach. The appliances and bathroom are a little outdated. No air conditioning, but who cares, you're not supposed to be indoors at a beach vacation! Now the bad. When we arrived, there was garbage around the garbage bins. (Dirty Diapers and plastic bottles). The patio umbrella was broken and the BBQ grill hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. We picked up the garbage and cleaned the grill. I blame it on the previous renters and the cleaning services. Robert Paul Properties compensated us with 2 extra hours of relaxation on our departure day. Overall I would rent this property again.

My summer getaway
I really enjoyed my stay at the cottage. Totally enjoyed my tine at the beach! It was only a 2 minute walk to it. Loved that! I Would recommend it to anyone looking to vacation at the Cape.
