Located in the popular family Park Hill neighborhood, Holly House is convenient to downtown, the Museum of Nature and Science, the Denver Zoo, City Park and City Park Golf Course. This centrally located home is close to public transportation (including rentable bikes and scooters!), major hospitals, sporting events, and within walking distance to very good restaurants, shopping, concerts and much more!

This charming 1923 custom bungalow centrally is located to almost everything. It is yours to enjoy while you visit all that has to Denver offer. With almost 2,800 square feet of interior space, patio/lawn, private fenced in yard,and grill. There’s enough room to spread out. The kitchen is efficient and fully-equipped. For dining out, there are some great restaurants are near by.
