Both rooms are very dark when the lights are off, perfect for people who love blackout sleeping conditions. Do to being in a basement, you will hear occasional footsteps and dog footsteps. Sometimes you will hear our voice. We provide a sound machine and earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We love the rainstorm on the sound machine.

Important Notes

• We live upstairs, and you may hear normal household sounds like footsteps and hear voices.
• Our friendly dogs may bark when guests arrive and leave. Or when packages come, but they settle quickly. They are sweet. Most dogs bark when they see strangers. Please, when booking, you should like dogs.
• The basement stays cooler in winter—space heaters are provided, and we can adjust the thermostat if needed.
• Occasionally, you may see us move bikes through the garage.
