Fully Renovated Gem near Cherry Creek North

Welcome to Denver! Our beautiful neighborhood is quiet with easy access to main roads & highways. This location is a short walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Our basement is newly renovated and built with the comforts of our guests in mind. It includes a private entrance, one bedroom, one bathroom, a closet, a spacious living area and a full kitchen/bar area as well as an outdoor sitting space. This is perfect for small families, friends visiting, or couples looking to get away. Guests have their own private access to the home to ensure comfort and simplicity. (we are stying upstairs on the main level). The entrance is on the LEFT SIDE of the house when you arrive with a separate door! An email is sent out 24 hours prior to arrival from IglooHome with a PIN code to get inside to your space but I will also send it to you so keep an eye on it.

It was good , however we felt we could have done with a freezer in the fridge, an ironing board and clothes washing facility. The stairs at the entrance need to be mentioned. Other than that good experience.

My husband and I stayed for a get away. Great quiet neighborhood. The communication with the owner was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodations were portrayed accurately on the description. You can’t walk to restaurants which is the only downside. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place!
This spot was clean and cozy, seemed newly renovated too. It was raining when we checked in and the owner brought us an umbrella as we were bringing in our luggage which was so incredibly kind! The communication was with the host was quick and easy also. This spot was close to a show we were going to but also only about 15 from some really great restaurants. Loved the private little patio on the side too. Would definitely book again.

Very pleasant stay. Host set up some Christmas deco to cheer the season. Host provided excellent job in snow removal after wet, heavy snow storm. Would recommend some kind of coat rack or hooks need the door. Would stay here again.
