Great apartments

We stay here often when we have multiple people going to an Avs game. It’s convenient, affordable and comfortable. We highly recommend it if you’re looking for a decent rate without the amenities of a hotel. Whole Foods is next door, parking is a lot cheaper than at hotels and there are tons of restaurants nearby.

Clean and well equipped space. Odd layout with the bedroom by the entry door and no windows in there. Water pressure was pretty low. Ultra modern if you like that style. Overall a nice place.

was a great 1 bedroom with kitchen. convenient to downtown and Ball Arena. parking was offsite, but near. my only complaint was there was a plug in air "freshener" - I hated the scent and it triggers allergies for me. I unplugged it and put it on the balcony. if we had spent more time in the apartment it would have been an issue, but we had a lot of activities that took us out.

I will be staying here every time I visit Denver. The convenience to and from the airport is perfection. The place was clean and I wish we could’ve stayed longer to experience the pool, huge hot tub, gym with everything you need and even hangout area with a pool table. Service was great!

Great property within easy walking distance to the Ball Arena & 16th Street Mall. The property is clean & well kept (mostly-one of the hot tubs had a light hanging by its wires into the water & the other had jets that did not work). The biggest annoyance is the elevator. 2 of the 3 were not functional which made for long wait times. We would have loved to take the stairs, but the doors were locked off to all of the floors but the very bottom floor. Great linens & pillows! You wouldn’t be able to do much cooking as there was only one small sauce pan in the kitchen & no wine bottle opener. Parking was very convenient, but $30some/day. Overall would definitely stay again.

It's a GREAT place

An excellent place - roomy, new apartment in great central location. Only issue is how to get in when arriving late at night (like we did) - when you're arriving at the back entrance of the building (second entrance). Has to either be staffed at night or signs be added that explain to get to the other side. Otherwise you just stand there and hope someone will come along, not knowing there is a second tower.

This is an apartment building with a portion set aside as hotel rentals. It's in a perfect location, right across from Union Station, less than a mile from Ball Arena, and near just about anything you'd want to do in Denver. There's a Whole Foods on the bottom floor, so we took advantage of their quick meals to reheat in the apartment kitchen.

Last leg of our bucket list trip on the California zephyr. One block from the Amtrak station. Whole foods is part of the building. Staff of the building were very helpful. Apartment was perfect for our 2 day stay , the oven did take a bit to heat up , but we managed.

Great location and amenities. Hotub is nice and vlose to the rooms. A plethora of restaraunts and pubs within walking distance. Literally above a whole foods and full kitchen is nice if needed. Across from the train, amd front desk staff is attentive

Great experience

We stay here often when we need a 2 bedroom condo for a night or two. The property is in a great location…Walkable to downtown restaurants and Ball Arena. The staff is super friendly. It’s everything we need so we keep coming back. The price is right too.
