The shower pressure is low. Hand shower didn’t work Maintainance came and didht fix it . Disappointed despite taking executive high price room and reporting the problem maintanace didn’t fix it . Restaurant was Smokey eyes were burning they didn’t put exhaust . While guest is sitting in restaurant the staff were very noisy and talking aloud

There was construction going on the rooms roof at midnight from 3:30 AM for 2 hours that’s was totally not acceptable. It was loud and like dropping all major heavy dropping and hammering. Also, I guess there was F&B discount which was also not provided

Hotel is new but service is poor and needs to improve. Linen in bedroom was stained, towels needed to be requested multiple times. Table was broken in the room and window was stained with paint. Service in the restaurant was average but food was good. Rooms walls had poor sound insulation and once could easily hear the neighbor. Hotel needs to improve operations if it wants to be a Tier1 hotel in Deoghar especially for guests coming from outside India.

Awesome experience with new fixtures in the bathroom, it was pleasant stay overall. Close to the Babadhaam mandir , I guess that’s what one would go to Deoghar for.

The only Pan India Branded Hotel in Deoghar. 100 meters from Bajla Chowk. I stayed for two nights checking out after 1 night staying somewhere else the 2nd night and coming back here the third night. I was welcomed very well the first time, however the 2nd time, no welcome, no welcome drink, however others were being greeted and welcomed. Its great that they gave me the room before their standard checkin time, however not sure why they asked me to wait as the room is getting ready and the family after me got the room before me, its a small thing but not good. They were having one marriage event in their hotel, but it was well managed so that other guests are not disturbed. I really appreciate them for this. The room was fresh, clean with good smell. However few red stains on bedsheet and pillow cover, it was minor but to be taken care. The Tea Coffee area feels a bit dark as its in the corner and no light there. Nice bathroom with all the amenities however the exhaust of the bathroom was not working. Best part is the food both at restaurant and in room dining. The breakfast was quite a wide spread and all delicious and the inroom dining experience too was excellent. Just one odd thing, when asked for tea roshan said its there in buffet, while his seniors served me at my table. Electricity issue, not in their hand but suggest them to get better hardware and software t0 manage quick cutoff time to improve guest experience.

5 stars and above service and very nice hotel

Amazing experience.Staff are so supportive and welcoming.Soon as I arrived in Deogath I was nervous and fearful about everything but soon as I entered in this hotel my anxiety disappeared thanks to wonderful staff and special thanks goes to Neha how she taken care about everything without any problems,She even arranged our jyotirlinga visit as well.Sorry Neha when we left we couldn’t say goodbye to you.food from restaurant was amazing and breakfast as well.Property looks new .Sad things that who ever stay there they don’t look after towels and bedding properly because after coming back from the temple they do clean there Tilak with towels and ruining towels and bedding.I would recommend this hotel to everyone who goes and visit jyotirlinga in Deoghath.
