We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
The view was amazing! The condo surpassed our expectations. It was clean and beautiful. Check-in and check-out were easy and staff was always available to assist with questions. The location was close to everything and the grounds felt very secure with multiple layers of security. 10 stars! I canât wait to come back!
Enjoyed the condo very much. The view was amazing. Loved the balcony area. Condo was very spacious. Kitchen had everything you would need. Just need to buy the staples. Pool and hot tub was very clean and resort feeling. Just wish weather was a little better. Our first time to Destin, the beach was so beautiful and clean. The reality co. was very easy to work with and informative.
When we first arrived we couldnât get into our room because we were given the wrong information on which elevator to use. The card given didnât work on the elevator we were told and when I called the office they kept telling me the instructions were correct. After getting into the room through the back door and taking the private elevator back down we figured out we were given the wrong info. I left a comment in the portal and they did call the next day apologizing for the wrong instructions. The room was great and the view was awesome. The room is in the path of the airport.. Beds were very comfortable and amenities were nice. Great location and convenient to restaurants.
My experience with the property management company has been extremely disappointing. Their job should be to ensure guests have a great stay, which does include a great experience, not just a comfy bed and a soft pillow to lay your head on. They failed to fully grasp the impact of the few mishaps that occurred. When I spoke with the property manager, Kelley, rather than listening and addressing my concern with intention and understanding, she asked me to tell her how the front door not locking was inconvenient. When I explained itâs a safety concern and in my mind Iâm thinking this is inconvenient because this is a delay, which did take about 4 hours to fix. This is an interruption in our day. Her response was condescending, telling me well, I donât have to check in early and I can come back at 4, as if me actually checking in early was my fault. You all told us the room was ready early. Let me repeat READY. She made me feel as if I was wrong for feeling the way I did.To add to the experience, upon entering the room for the first time we were welcomed by a random man who turned out to be maintenance, but this was not the best first impression. Boxes on the floor, music playing. Never had this happen in my 10 years of coming to Destin. Itâs unacceptable. They also gave us the wrong info as to which reserved parking spot to park in so at 10pm we get asked by the security guard to move our car. The room is nice but the service is not worth it!
