Hotel Sagarnaga
"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which is outdated and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we had to change rooms at 1:30 a.m. because the bed had clearly not been cleaned â there were blood stains on the sheets, along with long strands of womenâs hair, which clearly shows a total lack of hygiene. The rooms are extremely basic, with no comfort at all, and it was freezing cold inside: thereâs no heating system. The view was directly onto a wall, which didnât help the atmosphere either. The worst part was the staffâs behavior. After asking about the exchange rate at reception, I was offered a very poor rate. A few hours later, around 2 a.m., one of the staff members came to my room to renegotiate â a highly inappropriate situation that I would describe as borderline harassment. Another serious issue: the rooms are not cleaned during the stay and towels are not replaced. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel. The only positive point: the location, which is convenient."
