"For the 3rd time was told the pool was working but upon arrival it again was not. One of the main amenities we look for. Bathroom door would not latch. Shower was slanted and bowing and very unsafe for someone with balance issues. My granddaughter almost fell as well. Fridge leaked. Air conditioner ..."
