Holiday Club Saimaan Rauha
"A GREAT spa with fun saunas and indoor waterpark for kids and adults to enjoy. Clean room and a convenient kiosk store inside the hotel for anything you may need. AVOID the (likely mediocre food and) HORRIBLE service at their O'Learys pub restaurant. No one was managing the place and the poor girls (likely summer interns) had no idea of how to serve people. Tens of drinks sat on the bar with no one coming to pick them up and serve them. They kept a long line outside the restaurant while all of us could clearly see that 80% of their tables were empty! PLEASE get someone with experience to manage the seating and overall speed of service; we stood in line for a half hour and eventually left angry and hungry. Why ruin the whole spa experience for one lousily managed pub? Shame on you, management...get your act together in case you want to avoid more scathing reviews. In contrast, the pizza restaurant above them had no issues and quick, friendly service."
