The staff was good, but the hotel room was extremely loud. This is the type of hotel where all of the rooms open up to the center area, which in this case, was having a party till midnight. Thankfully they have an extra door to the bedrooms to try to lower the sound from the main area, but our neighbors were enjoying the party all night as well...opening, closing their door, laughing till 2 or 3 in the morning.

The room was good, however we have been coming back to this exact Embassy for the last 15 years at around the same time of year to shop as we are from Canada. As we checked in we were charged 15 dollars for parking. We have NEVER been charged this and when we asked about it the receptionist was like.. yep it has always been that. Well I can tell you it Has NOT been that. I get if this was in a major city. It isnt about the 15 dollars just the way we were given an explanation. If there has been a change then just explain that! But coming for 15 years to the same place we are clearly aware if we paid for parking.

Staff were great. Shower head and pressure were poor. Pool is not very good and they use way too much chlorine. The smell is even strong in the fitness room. Breakfast was really good and the staff in that area are fantastic. Paying $15 a day for parking is a little ridiculous.
