Staff was super pleasant. The suite style room was large, the bedding was spotless, and the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned. The location worked perfectly for us. Breakfast was delicious. I read some of the other reviews before booking that the rooms might be dusty and some people found dirty utensils/plates/cups at breakfast. We experienced both of those things, but I’ve stayed in worse places and would stay here again.

Walking in and Checking in I felt like I was bothering the skeleton staff that was present, and making them work. I stood for 2 minutes at the desk before a word was said by the staff. They stated the terminals are down and power keeps shorting out (no storms) so I couldn’t even get room keys. One let me in my room with a master key and I asked if I’d be able to get keys at some point-he laughed and shrugged. Room was clean, bed comfortable, but this was not your typical Hyatt experience at all. I wouldn’t be surprised if this hotel shuts down within a year.

Decent hotel
Decent hotel, nice size room, felt a little weird when we first entered to check in because of the people drinking and playing cards, wasn’t sure what kind of hotel we reserved. But it was fine. Hotel staff were nice. We would stay again

Somewhere in the middle.
I'm not sure if our sheets were previously cleaned - as there were multiple stains. Maybe they had been washed, but the stains didnt come out? There were cobwebs on the ceiling. The bathroom was SO tiny (weird, for such a big room?). The staff was very plesant, our check-in person even talked with my little neice. I did go down to the lobby to get candy in the middle of the night and the woman there wasn't particularly friendly. The window to the outside was screwed in place/shut, so it was very stuffy all night long. The kids loved the pool, and I loved how big the room was. The morning breakfast was AMAZING.
