"This was the 2nd time we stayed at this home, and it was fine. There was a year and a half between stays and it feels a bit more used, but the doors locked, the internet worked, the AC was cold. Needs a deep clean and a little maintenance, but good for groups on gamedays."

"Spacious 3 bedroom, very clean with a screen porch and pool. Nice neighborhood and convenient drive to many stores and restaurants. Hiking trails and state park close by for outdoor fun. Only suggestions, new skimmer for pool, better closure for screen door, tissues. "

"Not often do the pictures match the property but this one did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. House was very clean with everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 6 (4 teenagers). The game room was an added bonus! Made our stay in Gainesville memorable!"
