Property Description
Lake Dillon Condominiums 106 is an attractive and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo on Lake Dillon with incredible mountain and lake views. Sleeps 4. Walk out the door to the lawn and lakeshore in winter or summer. Condo features free WiFi, cable, flatscreen in living room, gas fireplace and covered patio with panoramic views. Fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 5. Deck has a patio table for 4.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ 2 Queens, flatscreen, private bath in master
~ Queen Sofabed in living room with access to the half-bath.

Parking
2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror.

Amenities
Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon and the lakefront walking path that is open year-round. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Location
Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your patio. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

Great Location Beautiful View

After hours check in was a little confusing but staff responded quickly by phone. The unit is dated. Note that they charge for any damage that you don't report upon arrival. The location with large grass lawn is awesome! Patios and balconies allow for sitting and savoring the view.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall rental experience was positive. You won't beat the location, on the lake, walkable to everything, including the amphitheater. My biggest suggestion to the owner would be to give the place some minor/small upgrades to knock it out of the park. Future renters, don't let this discourage you from staying, just understand the unit is dated.

We decided to sell it but couldn't leave Summit County behind and wanted to return for a summer visit, but have it feel like we were at our home away from home. This condo fit the bill. It was spacious, had everything we needed and the view was spectacular. We were able to take our bikes straight to the path that goes to Frisco, walk to the amphitheater, and to restaurants, yet it was quiet.

LD 106 summer stay

Unit was clean, but dated. Lighting is dim but facilities are good . Location on ground floor is ideal for excellent views and access to bike path, BBQ, and Arapahoe Cafe.

The view, of course, is wonderful. The condo itself needs updating throughout. Also, it needs more lighting. It is dark and one is unable to read at night.

This is a great place to stay, with lake and mountain views out your patio door.

We try to get to the Lake Dillon Condos every fall to celebrate our anniversary. We were in unit 106 this year and enjoyed the condo layout, slightly different from some of the others. We appreciate being on the first floor and having access to the trail right out the patio door! The only downer was the beds. I think they were regular and not queens. In spite of the smaller bed size, we slept well.

Simple and Easy

The Lake Dillon condo was a great place to stay. My friends and I were looking for a reasonable place to stay so that we could mountain hop to do some snowboarding for new year's holiday. The condo was large enough for the six of us and was close to downtown Dillon to grab a bit or something to drink. It made it really easy to get to Keystone and Breck without spending more than 20 mins in the car without traffic. Wouldn't mind staying there again if I was traveling on a budget.
