We pride ourselves on accurately representing our home, and hosting you as a valued guest. This is our mountain escape, so we stay here too, and it's our goal that you have all the amenities you need to make your time in Summit comfortable and enjoyable. We have taken special care to choose unique and fitting art, and to add small touches to enhance your stay. We look forward to hosting you!

Our condo includes a beautiful view overlooking the Dillon amphitheater and Lake Dillon. It's a one-minute walk to the path around the lake, used for cycling/walking in summer and cross-country skiing in winter. We have a full kitchen plus a W/D in the unit. The community indoor pool, hot tubs, and grill are 1-minute walk from unit in the clubhouse.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was decorated very nicely and was spotless! The wall of windows brought in a lot of natural light making it bright and airy. The bathroom was stocked with anything you might need - lotions, soaps, shampoos, hairdryer and flat iron. The bath towels were soft and absorbent. There were plenty of drawers to tuck away my things. The king sized bed was warm and comfy with the pillow top mattress. The bedside tables had numerous outlets for charging and lights. The kitchen had nice appliances and cookware. The owners provided a good selection of hot tea and coffee. There were basic condiments and seasonings available for cooking. It was very cold outside while we were there, but the unit remained warm and cozy. Loved having a fireplace to sit by! The couch and side chairs were clean and comfortable. The view overlooking the lake was beautiful! We were there shortly after Christmas and the Christmas lights were still up, making it look very festive! The owners were responsive and provided a lot of information about things to do, available shopping and restaurants. I would definitely go back again. It would be a great place to stay winter or summer!

We had a great stay here during the fall, beautiful views from the balcony overlooking the lake, trees and mountains. Great decor, clean, comfortable and well kept. Take some time to read the binder in the kitchen. Good info and tells you where to find everything you need in the condo. The neighborhood was safe, friendly and lots of food options nearby. Checkin/checkout was easy and we had very good communication with Erin. Who responded promptly and made sure everything was going well. Tku Erin!It was the perfect location if you want to venture out to Canon City -Royal Gorge Bridge which the price included a ride on the Gondola. Colorado Springs-Garden of God. Breckenridge, Vail, Lionshead and Bear Creek villages. And many trails within those areas. And of course the scenic view of the Dillon Dam from the bridge (parking off road). If this is your first time visiting the Colorado mountains, be prepared to acclimate to the high altitude and pace yourself if you are not accustomed to it.

Amazing!

This was an ideal spot if you are finding somewhere close to the amphitheater. Walkable to various restaurants, bike path and a stones throw from the amphitheater. The rental was clean with all the amenities. The condo building had quiet neighbors while I was there and on the 3rd floor so it had great views and no one above you. Erin was very communicative and helpful. Was able to walk up the road to the farmers market in the morning and at night walked to the show at the amphitheater. I will be book marking this place for ski season and future concerts!

The condo is beautiful, it is in a perfect location and is so well maintained. The hosts were in great communication with us leading up to and during our stay. We saw a show at the Dillon amphitheater. When we booked this, we knew it was close, but we didn’t realize it was literally right across the street. That made the concert experience so convenient. Another fantastic stay!

Spring Break ski trip

Perfect location to check out multiple Summit county mountains. Conveniently located near grocery store and lots of places to eat. Great view of the lake. Very nicely decorated with all of the kitchen tools one would need. Friendly host who communicates well. Highly recommend!

Centrally located, very clean

We stayed for a week to ski at the various hills in Summit County. Erin’s place was centrally located- near I-70 and grocery and retail stores, and the ski hills. We enjoyed the view of Lake Dillon and the mountains out the kitchen windows. We also appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the condo like games, plenty of good towels, and good toilet paper.

Great spot for ski vacation

My partner and I have been coming for Summit County for three years to ski. This condo is in a great location because it’s easy to get to Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail. It’s right next to City Market and the kitchen has everything for cooking meals in. We were also able to get meals at Chimayo Grill in Dillon and Ollie’s in Frisco. The place was clean and a pleasant place to stay for multiple days.

Condo with beautiful views

It met and exceeded our expectations. The condo is very clean and functional, It had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for providing the extras such as laundry detergent, toothpaste, toothbrush , basic essentials for cooking. It saved us few trips to the stores.The host Erin is quick and responsive. Thank you for allowing us to use your property. Hopefully it will be available for our next skiing trip .
