In the house: air conditioning, heating available only from 01.Oct. - 15.May.. 1.5 km long narrow motor access. 100 m stepped path to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Shop 800 m, supermarket 2.4 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Colico" 15 km, pebble beach "Domaso" 2 km.
