Casa Pardula is a delightful apartment located in the upper part of the famous resort of Chia. This well-maintained property can accommodate up to three adults and one child:

The property has independent access and is composed on the ground floor of a small and cozy living/dining area with sea view, a sofa, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchenette. On the same floor there is the well-sized master bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The mezzanine overlooking the living room has a French double bed (120 cm wide) for an adult or two children.

The highlight of CASA PARDULA is certainly its super panoramic veranda which offers a spectacular view of the sea and the Chia Tower! This outdoor space features a dining table and deck chairs. The perfect place to enjoy the sea view for breakfast or aperitif time after a sunny day spent on the beach!

Close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Sardinia, Casa Pardula is also close to several shops and restaurants, as well as evening shows organized in the Piazzetta of the nearby Conrad Hotel Chia Laguna.

The house is equipped with private parking, outdoor shower, air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi and a large safe for laptops up to 15″. Cot and high chair are available on request.
