Front of the hotel is under construction which was not mentioned. Small lobby absolutely packed due to the layout and the “security” elevators which delay everything. Front desk staff was unbelievably bad as they were talking to each other instead of us. Parking was included but valet. We were told to just “park out front” with no further instructions Room for maybe 2 cars and no order, valet told us the lot was full- until we proved we were staying there. Wasn’t really convinced until the next day that I hadn’t given my car to a stranger. Hotel itself is fine, but bad staff and absolute chaos everywhere else.

This is such a great hotel to stay in. Check in was easy and quick. This location has Valet parking which is fine by me. The room was so clean and spacious. There is a temporary restaurant on the first floor which made it really convenient after a long drive. The first floor of the hotel and original restaurant are going through a renovation but that didn’t bother me one bit. Most of all, every one of the hotel staff were kind and helpful. Going out of their way to make sure your stay was pleasant. I will be staying here again in the near future.

The property is in the middle of a renovation and they somehow fail to mention that. Whatever space is left is super-crowded. Not even an offer of a free coffee to compensate for the inconvenience. Really unpleasant experience.
